These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AgentZip website and lead generation services (collectively, the "Services") operated by AgentZip ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
AgentZip provides real estate lead generation services, including buyer leads, seller leads, a Lead Scrubbing Bot, CRM integration, and related marketing technology for licensed real estate professionals. Lead volumes are provided as ranges; you will receive no fewer than the minimum stated for your selected plan.
You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed real estate professional (or act on behalf of one) to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@agentzip.com of any unauthorized use.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
Leads generated under your plan are exclusive to you and will not be sold or distributed to other agents. Lead exclusivity is maintained within the geographic area and for the duration of your active subscription.
We guarantee you will receive at least the minimum number of leads specified in your plan each billing period. Lead quality reflects consumer intent at the time of opt-in. We do not guarantee that all leads will convert to clients, as conversion depends on factors outside our control including follow-up practices, market conditions, and agent responsiveness.

All content, branding, software, and technology on our site and platform are the exclusive property of AgentZip or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose only.
Our lead generation campaigns use third-party advertising platforms (including Meta and Google). We are not responsible for changes to these platforms' policies, algorithms, or costs that may affect lead delivery. In the event of a platform disruption significantly affecting delivery, we will work with you to make it right.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentZip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentZip and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AgentZip operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page or via email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
