You'll receive a welcome email the day you sign up with your login details. Within 1–3 days we'll send a campaign deployed email confirming everything is live. From there leads typically start flowing same day or within 1–2 days.

You choose one city or county with your leads order. If you need coverage across multiple cities or a larger area, contact sales and we'll build a custom package for you.

There is currently no setup fee.

Yes. Every lead you receive is exclusive to you — they are never shared with or sold to another agent.

Leads are generated through proven social media advertising campaigns. We've tested thousands of ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to find what consistently delivers results.

The difference comes down to what the lead is inquiring about. Seller leads are people looking for a home valuation or to sell their home. Buyer leads are looking to purchase a home — and many of them also need to sell a home first.

You receive full contact details for every lead. For leads that go through the Lead Scrubber, you also get valuable qualifying information — and those leads will have selected a preferred time for a call or appointment with you.

After a lead comes in, our Lead Scrubbing Bot walks them through 10+ qualifying questions to identify higher-intent leads. As part of that process, they also choose a good time for a call or appointment with you — so you're not just getting a name and number, you're getting a warm, pre-qualified introduction.

Most agents have their own CRM and that's totally fine. We provide a dashboard for lead management and can send leads directly to your existing CRM through direct integrations, Zapier, or email parsing. If you don't have a CRM, you can use our dashboard or log in to Client Access.
